GENERAL INFORMATION
The Pabst Mansion is one of Milwaukee’s most distinctive historic places to take pictures, offering a beautiful and elegant setting for photography and video. We welcome a variety of sessions, including engagement photos, family portraits, professional photography, commercial photo shoots, and video productions. With ornate interiors, historic architecture, and unique details throughout the Mansion, it provides a memorable backdrop for photographers and creative projects.
Commercial photo and video shoots are welcome and can be accommodated based on availability and the scope of the project. Commercial projects may be subject to different rates, fees, and rental requirements depending on the intended use, production size, equipment, and duration of the shoot. Please contact us to discuss your project and receive a customized quote.
All photo and video sessions require a rental agreement with the Pabst Mansion. Photo and video sessions may not take place without a completed rental agreement.
- Group Size: Photo sessions are generally limited to no more than 15 people. Larger groups and production crews may be accommodated depending on the nature and scope of the project.
- Historic Furnishings & Artifacts: To protect the Mansion and its collection, historic furniture, artifacts, and other collection objects may not be used as props or moved for photography or video.
- Access: Photography and video are limited to areas approved in advance by Pabst Mansion staff. Some spaces, furnishings, or objects may be unavailable depending on preservation needs, ongoing programming, or other Mansion activities.
- Respect for the Mansion: The Pabst Mansion is a historic house museum, and all photographers, production crews, and participants are expected to follow staff instructions and take appropriate care to protect the building and collection.
Rates
Photo sessions start at $500 per hour.
Rates may vary depending on the time of year, date, time, and specific needs of your session. Commercial photography and video productions may be subject to additional or customized rates.
