Returns and Exchanges


Orders are shipped standard United States Postal Service, first class or priority.  Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement and arrive within
5-10 business days. Express delivery orders and orders shipped outside the continental United States should be emailed or phoned in. Please contact us at info@pabstmansion.com or call 414-931-0808.


Your satisfaction is our goal. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return/exchange the merchandise within 21 days from the date of purchase. To exchange/return your purchase, please include the original invoice or packing slip with a notation stating the reason for the exchange/return and include it with the merchandise. Please note that we can only refund or exchange merchandise that is in salable condition. Tickets for general admission or special events are fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to the tour or event.  


Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. The Pabst Mansion is not responsible for the cost of shipping/insurance to exchange/return merchandise. It is strongly recommended that you insure your items. If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact the Pabst Mansion for instructions. It is important that you save the shipping box, packing materials and damaged merchandise. Memberships and contributions are nonrefundable.
