Receptions and dinners:

    - $2,200 for 3 hours (1st and 2nd floors)

    - $3,000 for 3 hours (1st, 2nd and 3rd floors)

    - $200 for each additional hour (flat rate)


Wedding ceremonies only:

    - $800 for 2 hours

    - $200 each additional hour


Photography only:

   - $500 for 90 minutes

   - $200 for each additional hour

*Commercial photography and filming inquiries are considered on a case-by-case basis.

*Please note that group photography and photography subletting are not permitted.



- Cocktail receptions: up to 300
- Sit-down dinners: up to 40

- Photography:  up to 30

- Wedding Ceremonies: Outdoor - up to 50 (seated). Indoor - up to 30 (seated)


• The Mansion is available for rentals from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Clients must rent ALL needed equipment for events.
• No smoking in the Pabst Mansion.
• Dancing and amplified music are prohibited inside the Mansion.
• Clients must use an approved caterer.
• Nothing red:  wine, juice, soda, punch, sauces.
• Decorations must be cleared with the Mansion.
• Flowers must be provided by a professional florist.
• All decorations/flowers must be set up and removed on the day of the event.
• Candles are not allowed. Battery operated candles only.
