postcards, tickets, ornaments, and a variety of unique gift items in
our online store. All proceeds
support the ongoing restoration and activities of the Pabst Mansion.

| All items for sale online are also available
in the Victorian Gift Shoppe located in the Beer Pavilion of the Captain
Frederick Pabst Mansion. Admission is not required to visit the Gift Shoppe.

Orders are shipped standard US Postal Service , first class or
better. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement
and arrive within 5-10 business days. Express delivery orders and orders
shipped outside the continental United States should be emailed or phoned
in. Please contact Dawn at info@pabstmansion.com or 414-931-0808.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return
it for a prompt and courteous exchange, credit, or refund WITHIN TWO
WEEKS OF RECEIVING MERCHANDISE. To exchange/return your purchase, please
include a note stating reason for exchange/return and include it with
the merchandise. Exchanges/Return MUST be shipped by USPS or UPS. It
is strongly recommended that you insure your items. The Pabst Mansion
is not responsible for the cost of shipping/insurance to exchange/return
merchandise. For merchandise that has been damaged in shipping, immediately
contact USPS or UPS. It is important that you save the shipping box,
packing materials and damaged merchandise for inspection in order to
file a claim with USPS/UPS.
